Skymarx Solution was founded in 2004 to exclusively market and promote the industry leader in MLM Software, xFlow, developed by Envex Developments.  Skymarx maintains a close relationship with Envex Developments, and on February 1st, 2006 YourSolutions.net, LLC acquired Skymarx and became part of The YourSolutions.net Group, a conglomerate online marketing, software, and MLM solutions company founded in 1997 by Mel Atwood an MLM consultant and industry expert.  Envex Developments was previously acquired by The YourSolutions.net Group in the Fall of 2005.
